Open any wall in a remodel and you will find the two systems that decide whether your project keeps its schedule: wiring and water. A kitchen island needs power. A relocated sink needs supply and drain lines. New recessed lighting needs circuits, and the wall you want removed has a switch leg running through it. When those trades belong to outside companies, every discovery means another scheduling call and another week. Inside remodels and as stand-alone updates, we handle the electrical layer homeowners actually live with: recessed and under-cabinet lighting, ceiling fans, dimmers, replacing tired switches and outlets, adding circuits for islands and appliances, and exterior lighting for patios and fences we build. The work is done to code, and because sheetrock and paint are also our trades, the holes that electrical work leaves get patched, textured and painted as part of the same job. That last step is exactly what a stand-alone trade never does.
Our plumbing scope lives inside the projects we build: setting sinks and faucets into new granite, moving supply and drain lines for a new kitchen layout, roughing in vanities in a bathroom refresh, replacing disposals, toilets and supply lines that are past their service life. Water is unforgiving, so connections get tested, cabinets get checked dry the next day, and nothing gets closed into a wall without being verified first.
Electrical and plumbing are regulated trades in Texas, and they should be. Our work is done to code, and when a project's scope calls for permits or licensed specialty sign-off, that gets arranged as part of the job rather than discovered later.
